Hello, my name is David Clarke and I’m a lawyer licensed to practice in the state of Oregon. I began my working life in industry as a process engineer in the fledgling semiconductor manufacturing sector and ended it as an engineering manager for a semiconductor capital equipment supplier. During those years, the semiconductor sector grew from a modest, domestic beginning to an indispensable, global sector producing a universally employed product. And during those same years, I grew from a junior engineer focused on my single area of responsibility to a senior manager responsible for millions of dollars of process equipment, critical supplies, major projects, and technical staff. But times change and the desire for a new adventure motivated me to leave industry and take up the mantel of legal counselor.
